We have always been interested in eating healthily not only to stay at a healthy weight but also to fuel our sports activities. For the recipes, we have gotten inspiration from various sources such as local newspapers, French magazines, and various cookery books. We have often somewhat modified the recipes to make them more modern, easier to cook, and even heart- healthier, but we very much believe that the food needs to be tasty and satisfying. All the recipes on this blog of course reflect our preferences. At the same time we emphasize that they may not be suitable for everybody. Food allergies and various other medical conditions have to be taken into account. We cannot take any responsibility for any adverse reactions that may have caused by the food and its ingredients presented here.
